LEAD. INSPIRE. COACH.
Lead, inspire and develop the next generation of soccer players
WHAT DOES A WMF COACH DO?
As a We Make Footballers coach, you'll be at the heart of everything we do โ delivering fun, engaging and professionally structured soccer sessions to children aged 4โ12. Whether it's a Saturday morning session with energetic 5-year-olds or a weekday evening with aspiring 11-year-olds, you'll be the person who shapes their love of the game.
You don't need to be a former professional. What matters is your passion for coaching, your ability to connect with children, and your desire to make a positive impact. We'll give you the curriculum, the training, and the support โ you bring the energy and enthusiasm.
Since 2008, our coaches have helped develop over 100,000 children and produced 350+ professional academy signings. This isn't babysitting with a ball โ it's real, structured, progressive coaching that makes a measurable difference.
