Surbiton Academy is looking for soccer coaches!

We Make Footballers are a nationwide soccer coaching company delivering excellent training to boys and girls of all abilities ages 4-12. Our coaches are key to helping players become the best they can be and develop in a holistic way with soccer.

Our Surbiton Academy located in Surrey has been running successful weekly soccer sessions since September 2019. We are looking for new coaches to join our team and deliver fantastic classes!

With indoor and outdoor facilities at Southborough High School in Surbiton, we offer the perfect environment to develop as a coach.

We currently have sessions on a weekly basis each Tuesday and are looking to add more training days due to popularity, this is why we are looking for new and experienced coaches from the local area. Holiday camps are also on the horizon which will provide more experience and working opportunities for dedicated soccer coaches.

Our excellent online and on the pitch training will help coaches from all backgrounds learn the We Make Footballers philosophy, style, secrets and techniques of coaching. We ensure that our values are at the key of everything we do including at sessions and in the team member’s work with us: Safety, Passion, Development and Fun!

We have seen many young people and experienced professionals develop through their work with WMF and this experience opening new pathways in the soccer world for them. Through our links to academies and partnerships with local grassroots clubs in the Surrey area we work hard to ensure that opportunities are always available for our team. We value our team members and their hard work, this is why we provide competitive rates of pay from £20 to £80 per session depending on experience and coaching level. However, we always ensure that as classes grow coaches are rewarded for their excellent session delivery. We also pride ourselves in our coach training material and program which helps each member develop and move into more senior positions. Growing talent and rewarding our team is key part of our program.
