We Make Footballers Policies

<h1 style="text-align:center">SAFEGUARDING CHILDREN POLICY AND PROCEDURES</h1>

<h5>WE MAKE FOOTBALLERS SAFEGUARDING CHILDREN</h5>

<ol start="1">
	<li>We Make Footballers acknowledges its responsibility to safeguard the welfare of every child and young person who has been entrusted to its care and is committed to working to provide a safe environment for all members. A child or young person is anyone under the age of 18 engaged in any club football activity. We subscribe to The Football Association&rsquo;s (The FA) Safeguarding Children Policy and Procedures and endorse and adopt the Policy Statement contained in that document.</li>
</ol>

<ol start="2">
	<li>The key principles of The FA Safeguarding Children Policy are that:</li>
</ol>

<ul>
	<li>the child&rsquo;s welfare is, and must always be, the paramount consideration</li>
	<li>all children and young people have a right to be protected from abuse regardless of their age, gender, disability, race, sexual orientation, faith or belief</li>
	<li>all suspicions and allegations of abuse will be taken seriously and responded to swiftly and appropriately</li>
	<li>working in partnership with other organisations, children and young people and their parents/carers is essential.</li>
</ul>

	<li>We acknowledge that every child or young person who plays or participates in football should be able to take part in an enjoyable and safe environment and be protected from poor practice and abuse. We Make Footballers recognises that this is the responsibility of every adult involved in our club.</li>
</ol>

<ol start="4">
	<li>We Make Footballers has a role to play in safeguarding the welfare of all children and young people by protecting them from physical, sexual or emotional harm and from neglect or bullying. It is noted and accepted that The Football Association&rsquo;s Safeguarding Children Regulations (see The FA Handbook) applies to everyone in football whether in a paid or voluntary capacity.</li>
</ol>

	<li>We endorse and adopt The FA&rsquo;s Responsible Recruitment guidelines for recruiting volunteers and we will:</li>
</ol>

<ul>
	<li>specify what the role is and what tasks it involves request identification documents as a minimum meet and chat with the applicant(s) and where possible interview people before appointing them ask for and follow up with 2 references before appointing someone where eligible require an FA accepted Enhanced Criminal Record Check (CRC) with Barring List Check in line with current FA policy and regulations.</li>
</ul>

	All current We Make Footballers members working in eligible roles, with children and young people &ndash; such as academy managers, senior coaches, junior coaches, volunteers and Parent Hosts are required to hold an in-date FA accepted EnhancedDBS with Barring List check as part of responsible recruitment practice.

	<li>If there are concerns regarding the appropriateness of an individual who is already involved or who has approached us to become part of We Make Footballers guidance will be sought from The Football Association. It is noted and accepted that The FA will consider the relevance and significance of the information obtained via the CRC Process and that all suitability decisions will be made in accordance with legislation and in the best interests of children and young people.</li>
</ol>

	It is accepted that The FA aims to prevent people with a history of relevant and significant offending from having contact with children or young people and the opportunity to influence policies or practice with children or young people. This is to prevent direct sexual or physical harm to children and to minimise the risk of grooming within football.

	<li>We Make Footballers supports The FA&rsquo;s Whistle Blowing Policy. Any adult or young person with concerns about a adult in a position of trust with football can &lsquo;whistle blow&rsquo; by contacting The FA Safeguarding Team on 0800 169 1863, by writing to The FA Case Manager at The Football Association, Wembley Stadium, PO Box 1966, London SW1P 9EQ, by emailing&nbsp;Safeguarding@TheFA.com&nbsp;or alternatively by going direct to the Police, Children&rsquo;s Social Care or the NSPCC. We Make Footballers encourages everyone to know about The FA&rsquo;s Whistle Blowing Policy and to utilise it if necessary.</li>
</ol>

	<li>Each We Make Footballers franchise have appointed a Club Welfare Officer in line with The FA&rsquo;s role profile and required completion of the Safeguarding Children and Welfare Officers Workshop. The post holder will be involved with Welfare Officer training provided by The FA and/or County FA. The Club Welfare Officer is the first point of contact for all club members regarding concerns about the welfare of any child or young person. The Club Welfare Officer will liaise directly with the County FA (CFA) Welfare Officer and will be familiar with the procedures for referring any concerns. They will also play a proactive role in increasing awareness of Respect, poor practice, and abuse amongst WMF members.</li>
</ol>

	<li>We acknowledge and endorse The FA&rsquo;s identification of bullying as a category of abuse. Bullying of any kind is not acceptable at our club. If bullying does occur, all players or parents/carers should be able to tell and know that incidents will be dealt with promptly. Incidents need to be reported to the Club Welfare Officer in cases of serious bullying the CFA Welfare Officer may be contacted. 	<li>Respect codes of conduct for Players, Parents/Spectators, and Coaches have been implemented by We Make Footballers. In order to validate these Respect codes of conduct, the club has clear actions it will take regarding repeated or serious misconduct at club level and acknowledges the possibility of potential sanctions which may be implemented by the County FA in more serious circumstances.</li>
</ol>

	<li>Reporting your concerns about the welfare of a child or young person. Safeguarding is everyone&rsquo;s responsibility if you are worried about a child it is important that you report your concerns no action is not an option.</li>
</ol>

i. If you are worried about a child then you need to report your concerns to the Club Welfare Officer.

ii. If the issue is one of poor practice the Club Welfare Officer will either:

Let&rsquo;s make football safe not sorry

<h3>UPDATE 1/12/16</h3>

We understand that the recent revelations from former players of professional clubs will have raised a lot of questions in parents minds about the safety of youth football. We are appalled by the horrific abuse that has been suffered by former footballers and applaud their immense courage and bravery in coming forward.

Here at We Make Footballers we put the welfare of your children at the center of everything we do. Sean Conlon our CEO is also our Child Welfare Officer (CWO) and was recently on ITV news giving his opinion on the emerging news and the role of the FA in current best practice.

One of the main areas of strength within our Safeguarding is our &lsquo;Safer Recruitment&rsquo; processes. This means we adopt a best practice system for recruiting coaches into the We Make Footballers family. All prospective staff are put through a minimum of two interviews, one face to face and one practical or field based, both with two members of staff present. References are gathered from most recent employers and a full Disclosure and Barring Service check is undertaken before the staff member comes into contact with any young people. All staff must have the relevant FA qualifications and must have up to date FA First Aid and FA Safeguarding qualifications.

Child Welfare Policy

<h1 style="text-align:center">ANTI BULLYING POLICY</h1>

<h3>STATEMENT OF INTENT</h3>

We are committed to providing a caring, friendly and safe environment for all of our staff, players and their families so they can participate in football in a relaxed and secure atmosphere. Bullying of any kind is unacceptable. If bullying does occur, all staff, players and their families should be able to report and know that the incident/s will be dealt with promptly and effectively.

<h3>WHAT IS BULLYING?</h3>

Bullying is the use of aggression with the intention of hurting another person. Bullying results in pain and distress to the victim. Bullying can be:

<ul>
	<li>Emotional &ndash; being unfriendly, excluding (emotionally and physically) sending hurtful text messages, tormenting, (e.g. hiding football boots/shin guards, threatening gestures)</li>
	<li>Physical pushing, kicking, hitting, punching or any use of violence</li>
	<li>Racist &ndash; racial taunts, graffiti, gestures</li>
	<li>Sexist &ndash; because of, or focussing on the issue of sex or gender of an individual</li>
	<li>Sexual &ndash; unwanted physical contact or sexually abusive comments</li>
	<li>Homophobic &ndash; because of, or focussing on the issue of sexuality</li>
	<li>Verbal &ndash; name-calling, sarcasm, spreading rumours, teasing</li>
</ul>

<h3>WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO RESPOND TO BULLYING?</h3>

Bullying hurts. No one deserves to be a victim of bullying. Everybody has the right to be treated with respect. Individuals who are bullying need to learn different ways of behaving. The impact upon a child or young person can be devastating and in some cases affect all aspects of their life, in extreme circumstances it can lead to suicide threats or even attempts. At We Make Footballers our aim is to make GREAT footballers who can both play well but also have the right attitude &ndash; this policy sits as a cornerstone of this.

<h3>OBJECTIVES OF THIS POLICY</h3>

<ol>
	<li>All staff, coaches, volunteers, parent hosts and parents/carers should have an understanding of what bullying is</li>
	<li>All staff, coaches, volunteers and parent hosts should know what the WMF policy is on bullying, and follow it when bullying is reported</li>
	<li>All players and parents/carers should know what the WMF policy is on bullying, and what they should do if bullying arises</li>
	<li>As WMF we take bullying seriously</li>
	<li>Players and parents/carers should be assured that they would be supported when bullying is reported</li>
	<li>Bullying will not be tolerated</li>
	<li>This policy must be adhered to by the owner of a franchise, the academy managers the coaches, volunteers, parents hosts, players and all their supporters</li>
	<li>Failure to follow this policy will lead to disciplinary action such as, a franchise being revoked, being passed through the disciplinary process (gross misconduct), being asked to stop playing.</li>
</ol>

<h3>SIGNS AND INDICATORS</h3>

A child may indicate by signs or behaviour that he or she is being bullied. Adults should be aware of these possible signs and that they should investigate if a child:

<ol>
	<li>says he or she is being bullied</li>
	<li>is unwilling to go to training sessions</li>
	<li>becomes withdrawn anxious, or lacking in confidence</li>
	<li>feels ill before training sessions</li>
	<li>comes home with clothes torn or training equipment damaged</li>
	<li>has possessions go &lsquo;missing&rsquo;</li>
	<li>asks for money or starts stealing money (to pay the bully)</li>
	<li>has unexplained cuts or bruises</li>
	<li>is frightened to say what&rsquo;s wrong</li>
	<li>gives improbable excuses for any of the above.</li>
</ol>

In more extreme cases:

<ol>
	<li>starts stammering</li>
	<li>cries themselves to sleep at night or has nightmares</li>
	<li>becomes aggressive, disruptive or unreasonable</li>
	<li>is bullying other children or siblings</li>
	<li>stops eating</li>
	<li>attempts or threatens suicide or runs away</li>
</ol>

These signs and behaviours may indicate other problems, but bullying should be considered a possibility and should be investigated.

<h3>PROCEDURES</h3>

<ol>
	<li>Report bullying incidents to the We make Footballers WFO or a senior member of staff</li>
	<li>In cases of serious bullying, the incidents will be referred to the CPO/Police for advice</li>
	<li>Parents should be informed and will be asked to come in to a meeting to discuss the problem</li>
	<li>If necessary and appropriate, the Police will be consulted</li>
	<li>The bullying behaviour or threats of bullying must be investigated and the bullying stopped quickly</li>
	<li>An attempt will be made to help the bully (bullies) change their behaviour</li>
	<li>If mediation fails and the bullying is seen to continue WMF will initiate disciplinary action</li>
</ol>

In the rare case of an adult reported to be bullying anyone within WMF under 18 please call Sean Conlon on 02071481602 immediately. He will agree to meet with all parties and the police will be contacted if required.

If any adult is feeling bullied within the organisation then they must contact Sean Conlon immediately who will agree to meet with them and mediate between parties.

The We Make Footballers Nut Free Policy&nbsp;

We Make Footballers aims to practise a nut free policy although we recognise that this cannot be guaranteed. This policy serves to set out all measures to reduce the risk to those children and adults who may suffer an anaphylactic reaction if exposed to nuts to which they are sensitive.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

We Make Footballers aims to protect children who have allergies to nuts. We will make available our Nut Policy to new customers so parents are aware that we do not allow nuts or nut products within our setting for snack, lunch boxes or party cake or seasonal treats and we outline the symptoms of anaphylaxis.&nbsp;

Anaphylaxis (also known as anaphylactic shock) is an allergic condition that can be severe and potentially fatal. Anaphylaxis is your body&rsquo;s immune system reacting badly to a substance (an allergen), such as food, which it wrongly perceives as a threat. The whole body can be affected, usually within minutes of contact with an allergen, though sometimes the reaction can happen hours later.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

The onus falls on all coaching staff to read and follow this policy. Staff and volunteers must ensure they do not bring in or consume nut products within any We Make Footballers environment and ensure they follow good hand washing practice. Caution must be taken at certain times of year such as Easter and Christmas. If Staff distribute confectionary care must be taken to ensure that no nuts are included in the product. Fruit sweets such as Haribo are a better alternative. Particular products that are a cause for concern are: &ldquo;Celebrations &ndash; Roses &ndash; Heroes - Quality Street&rdquo;. All product packaging must be checked for warnings directed at nut allergy sufferers and if the following or similar are displayed, the product must not be used in school without supervision of staff and supervised hand washing:&nbsp; &ldquo;Not suitable for nut allergy sufferers&nbsp; This product contains nuts&nbsp; This product may contain traces of nuts.&rdquo;

Parents&nbsp;

Parents must notify staff of any known or suspected allergy to nuts and provide all needed information detailed on their child&rsquo;s individual Healthcare plan. Parents must not bring in any food or treats (such as for birthdays) unless they have checked the ingredients carefully. Likewise for snack and lunch box choices, if you&rsquo;re unsure about a selection please speak to a staff member before bringing in the food item into pre-school. Packaging must be checked for: &nbsp;&ldquo;Not suitable for nut allergy sufferers &nbsp;This product contains nuts &nbsp;This product may contain traces of nuts.&rdquo; Lunch box items will be removed by staff and replaced with snack items if containing nuts or nut products.&nbsp;

Where we have been provided with individual Healthcare plans for children with allergies we will discuss this with the parent/carer and medication will be stored and administered in accordance with guidance given. In addition, quick reference emergency cards are located near our First Aid box which contains information on the allergy list and emergency contact details for that child. Staff and parents are made aware of this policy and the symptoms associated with anaphylaxis.&nbsp;

Children

All children are regularly reminded about the good hygiene practice of washing hands before and after eating which helps to reduce the risk of secondary contamination. Likewise children are reminded and carefully supervised to minimise the act of food sharing with their friends.&nbsp;

If a child with an allergy has any doubts or concerns that they may have ingested or been in &nbsp;contact with nuts, they are asked to speak to a member of staff immediately.

Symptoms&nbsp;

The symptoms of anaphylaxis usually start between 3 and 60 minutes after contact with the allergen. Less commonly, they can occur a few hours or even days after contact. An anaphylactic reaction may lead to feeling unwell or dizzy or may cause fainting due to a sudden drop in blood pressure. Narrowing of the airways can also occur at the same time, with or without the drop in blood pressure. This can cause breathing difficulties and wheezing. Other symptoms: &nbsp;swollen eyes, lips, genitals, hands, feet and other areas (this is called angioedema), &nbsp;itching, &nbsp;a strange metallic taste in the mouth, &nbsp;sore, red, itchy eyes, &nbsp;changes in heart rate &nbsp;a sudden feeling of extreme anxiety or apprehension &nbsp;itchy skin or nettle-rash (hives) &nbsp;unconsciousness due to very low blood pressure &nbsp;abdominal cramps, vomiting or diarrhoea, or nausea and fever. Anaphylaxis varies in severity. Sometimes it causes only mild itchiness and swelling, but in some people it can cause sudden death. Anaphylaxis can lead to death if breathing becomes severely obstructed or if blood pressure becomes extremely low (known as shock). If symptoms start soon after contact with the allergen and rapidly get worse, this indicates that the reaction is more severe.&nbsp; 
&nbsp;

What to do:

&nbsp;

	Anaphylaxis should always be treated as a medical emergency.
	</li>
</ul>

&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>
	If available, an injection of a medicine called adrenaline should be given as soon as possible.
	</li>
</ul>

&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>
	Some people with a previous history of anaphylaxis will have an auto-injector of adrenaline.&nbsp;
	</li>
</ul>

&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>
	This should be injected into their outer thigh muscle and held in place for 5-10 seconds. Instructions for how to use these auto-injectors can be found on the side of each device.
	</li>
</ul>

&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>
	You should call 999 for an ambulance whether adrenaline has been given or not.
	</li>
</ul>

&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>
	If after 5-10 minutes the person still feels unwell, a second injection should be given. This should be given in the opposite thigh.
	</li>
</ul>

&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>
	A second dose may also be needed if the person improves and then becomes unwell again.
	</li>
</ul>

&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>
	The person should lie flat with their legs raised on a chair or a low table. If they are having difficulty breathing, they should sit up to make breathing easier.
	</li>
</ul>

&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>
	If the person is unconscious, you should move them in the recovery position (on their side, supported by one leg and one arm, with the head tilted back and the chin lifted). If the person&#39;s breathing or heart stops, CPR should be performed.
	</li>
</ul>

&nbsp;

	<li>
	Further treatment will be carried out in hospital.
	</li>
</ul>

Nut Policy

<h2>TERMS AND CONDITIONS</h2>

<h4>1. DEFINITIONS</h4>

1.1 &ldquo;Carer&rdquo; means the person / persons who attend the course or any part of it, with the pupil.

1.2 &ldquo;Parent&rdquo; means a parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for the payment of the Fees and who is the contracting party to this contract.

1.3 &ldquo;We Make Footballers&rdquo; means the company with whom you have entered into this agreement.

1.4 &ldquo;Course&rdquo; means the We Make Footballers Course described on the website.

1.5 &ldquo;Enrolment Form&rdquo; means the form relating to the enrolment or re-enrolment of the pupil on the course.

1.6 &ldquo;Fee&rdquo; means the monetary cost per course as specified on the enrolment form.

1.7 &ldquo;Coach&rdquo; means the individual(s), contracted or employed by We Make Footballers to teach the course.

1.8 &ldquo;Premises&rdquo; means the premises where the course takes place.

1.9 &ldquo;Pupil&rdquo; means the child attending the course, whose details are specified by the Parent or Carer on the Enrolment Form.

1.10 &ldquo;Terms&rdquo; means the terms and conditions set out in this document and any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by We Make Footballers and the Parent.

1.11 &ldquo;Make Up Class&rdquo; refers to an extra session, granted in accordance to the We Make Footballers terms &amp; conditions, in response to a course class being missed by the enrolled child.

<h4>2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS</h4>

2.1 All agreements relating to the teaching of the Course by We Make Footballers to the Pupil are subject to these Terms to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.

2.2 No variation or addition to the Terms shall be binding unless agreed in writing by We Make Footballers and the Parent.

2.3 The Terms shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Parent upon payment of the Fee by or on behalf of the Parent. Payment by the Carer shall be deemed to have been made on behalf of the Parent.

2.4 The Parent and/or Carer agree to keep the content of the We Make Footballers course and the We Make Footballers Training Programme confidential and not to copy or use any aspect of the We Make Footballers&reg; Programme directly or indirectly.

<h4>3. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS AND MAKE UP CLASSES</h4>

3.1 During term courses We Make Footballers will not accept children that have turned up without prior arrangement. A child is permitted to attend their first session for a one off fee (may vary dependent). If they wish to attend again they must make a booking for a set course period (usually 8-10 weeks) which is done online and varies per academy.

3.2 Participants must be pre-registered prior to the start date of the course and all bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis.

3.3 Bookings can be made via telephone or through our secure website only. Once a booking is received, confirmation and a receipt will be sent via email to the specified address. We Make Footballers are not liable for the delivery failure of any receipts sent to incorrect email addresses.

3.4 We Make Footballers does not issue refunds or credit notes under any circumstances.

3.5 A course is booked for a set course period (usually 8-10 weeks) we grants&nbsp;you a fixed number of sessions at a time. No matter what date you sign up you will still be subject to a minimum booking subscription. On sign up you will be allocated your set number of sessions and given your child&rsquo;s date of renewal. There may be a school holiday period between the set number of sessions that you have signed up for.

3.6 If your child misses a session they will not be entitled to any free sessions as a result.

3.7 Payment is taken on a direct debit basis. This is done online through Go Cardless payment provider.

3.8 When you sign up you are signing up to a subscription&nbsp;model which automatically renews at the end of your course allocation.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

<h4>4. CANCELLATION</h4>

4.1 If there is an issue with the venue that is deemed to be out of We Make Footballer control then We Make Footballers can cancel a class and is not permitted to provide a refund. We Make Footballers&nbsp;will make every effort to contact all parents with the contact details we have available. However the parent/carer must ensure that we have the correct and up to date contact information for their child.

4.2 We Make Footballers will not be liable for any loss or damage that arises as a result of cancelling a class.

4.3 A course will renew automatically at the end of your booked period. If you wish to cancel, you must do so 1 week prior to the final session on your subscription. We will not be liable to refund sessions that have not been cancelled with written notice or through the Parent Area dashboard.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

<h4>5. PARENT&rsquo;S RESPONSIBILITY</h4>

5.1 The Parent warrants and represents that:

&nbsp;

5.1.1 The information set out in the enrolment form (whether or not completed and/or signed by the Parent) is accurate in all respects and the Parent will notify We Make Footballers of any change in such information immediately.

5.1.2 When attending the Course, neither the Pupil nor the Carer will be suffering from any illness, disease or anything similar thereto.

5.1.3 The Parent acknowledges and agrees that the Pupil shall be deemed to be under the direction, care and control of the Carer throughout the course and the Carer shall be responsible for the welfare and conduct of the Pupil throughout the course and whilst the Pupil is on the Premises. Premises are defined as &ldquo;inside the walls of the Sports Hall&rdquo; and within the playing area set out on the grass

5.1.4 The Parent shall indemnify and keep indemnified We Make Footballers against all loss (including loss of profit), liability, costs and expenses which We Make Footballers shall incur directly or indirectly as a consequence of any action or inaction of the Parent, the Carer or the Pupil.

<h4>6. DISCIPLINE</h4>

6.1 In the event that We Make Footballers determines the behaviour of the Pupil and/or the Carer to be unacceptable, We Make Footballers shall be entitled to exclude the Pupil and the Carer (or either of them) from the course and Premises permanently or for such period as We Make Footballers shall (in its entire discretion) determine.

6.2 The standard of behaviour which is to be regarded as unacceptable at a course or on Premises shall be determined by We Make Footballers.

<h4>7. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY</h4>

7.1 Except in the case of fraud and subject to clause 7 below, We Make Footballers, its coaches, servants, employees, contractors or agents accept no responsibility under any circumstances for any loss (consequential or otherwise), damage, expense or delay suffered or incurred by the Parent, the Pupil or any other party arising directly or indirectly or in any way connected with the attendance of the Pupil at the Course (or any part of it) or any other act or omission on the part of We Make Footballers or any of its coaches, servants, employees, contractors or agents even if such act or omission is negligent.

7.2 The Parent agrees (for and on behalf of the Parent and the Pupil) that any claim by the Parent or the Pupil against We Make Footballers or any coach, employee, contractor or agent of We Make Footballers must be brought within 60 days of the event that gave rise to such claim. Any claim made thereafter shall be time barred.

7.3 The Parent acknowledges, warrants and undertakes (for and on behalf of the Parent and the Pupil) that the maximum aggregate liability of We Make Footballers to the Parent and/or Pupil under these terms shall not exceed the Fee.

7.4 All warranties and conditions whether implied by statute or otherwise are excluded from this contract provided that nothing in this contract shall restrict or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of We Make Footballers, its coaches, servants, employees or agents or affects the statutory rights of the Parent or Pupil.

<h4>8. GENERAL</h4>

8.1 Any notices to be sent by either party to the other shall be sent by pre-paid recorded delivery or registered post or hand delivered to the address of the relevant party and shall be deemed to have been received by the addressee within 48 hours of posting if sent by post and immediately if hand delivered. We Make Footballers do not accept service of documents by email or fax.

8.2 The failure by either party to enforce at any time or for any period any one or more of the obligations arising under these Terms shall not be a waiver of them or of the right at any time subsequently to enforce all the obligations arising under these Terms.

8.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties hereto and supersede all prior agreements and understandings between the parties. It is agreed that no statement, promise or inducement whether written or oral alleged to have been made by either party of which is not contained herein shall be binding or form part of this Agreement.

8.4 This entire agreement shall be governed by English Law and shall fall under English jurisdiction.

<h4>9. MARKETING</h4>

9.1 We Make Footballers may from time to time take photographs and videos to be used for marketing purposes. Unless We Make Footballers receive written instruction to avoid photography or videography of your child We Make Footballers will assume we have consent. Unless we receive written instructions we cannot and will not remove, replace or destroy any marketing collateral that we have used with your child visibly on them.

<h4>10. REFUND / CANCELATION POLICY</h4>

10.1 If there is an issue with the venue that is deemed to be out of We Make Footballers control then We Make Footballers can cancel a class and is not permitted to provide a refund. We Make Footballers will make every effort to contact all parents with the contact details we have available. However the parent/carer must ensure that we have the correct and up to date contact information for their child.

10.2 Due to the nature of our business, no refunds or credit notes can be given under any circumstances. Please see point 3 (Bookings, Payments and Make up classes) above for more details.

10.3 We Make Footballers will not be liable for any loss or damage that arises as a result of cancelling a class.

10.4 To cancel your subscription with We Make Footballers, you must email 1 week before your session is due to expire. It is your responsibility to ensure we have your correct email address when we send reminders that your subscription is due for renewal
