Ball-each warm-up. High intensity, dynamic — every player active from the start.
Circuit Stations
Rotating technical drills, physical development, and small-group practices (1v1, 2v1, 3v2).
Game Time
The main focus. Small-sided games adapted by age — 1v1 and 2v2 for younger, up to 6v6 for older players.
