At We Make Footballers our values are Safety, Passion, Development, Fun.

Safety

We believe that safety should always come first, this is why we only train in top venues with indoor and outdoor options, to create a safe environment in which our players can develop.

OurDBS qualified coaches are always attentive to the needs of each player and will take time to coach in a way that no one feels left out.

We firmly stand by our Anti-Bullying Policy, Nut Free Policy, Safeguarding Policy and Code of Conduct, as these all contribute to the positive environment that we train in, where players learn and have fun.

Passion

Football is the most popular sport in the world and what we’re passionate about is sharing it with young players. Many of our Coaches have played at a high level, and this enables them to bring the most to each session.

We work with enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about coaching and creating a daily change in football.

We’re passionate about helping players of all abilities become the best they can be, in every football-playing country of the world.

Development

The Development of every child that we coach is taken very seriously at We Make Footballers. We focus on developing each player to be the best footballer they can be through technique, physical attributes, and knowledge of the game.

We also believe that football is a brilliant sport that can help develop people. We aim to make a positive change and help players become the best people they can be through teamwork, respect for others, self-confidence and behaviour.

Fun

Fun is essential to everything we do at We Make Footballers. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment for all players and grow their enjoyment of football! It’s always best to learn whilst having fun!

All of our football training is geared towards creating lasting memories for players, coaches and parents. We play inclusive games in which all players have fun and continue developing their footballing ability whilst having a great time!
