The Developing programme at We Make Footballers is designed for children who have moved beyond the basics and are ready for more structured, technically demanding coaching. It's the most common starting point for players aged 6–12 with some football experience.
Our qualified coaches focus on building technique, tactical awareness and game intelligence — helping players understand not just how to play, but how to think on the pitch. From combination play and positional awareness to close control under pressure, every session is designed to build the complete footballer.
With over 20 years of experience and 350+ professional academy signings, we know exactly how to challenge progressing players while keeping the experience enjoyable.
