5 Simple Drills to Build a Young Player's Confidence

Confidence comes from repetition. These five drills need only a ball and a bit of space.
1. Sole Rolls
Roll the ball back and forth using the sole of each foot. 30 seconds per foot.
2. Toe Taps
Light, fast taps on top of the ball. Keep the head up after 10 seconds.
