Nathaniel Wright who attends We Make Footballers Isleworth is helping to raise money for a family relative. We want to support him do that.
See Zakari's story below:
Hi all my name is Zakari, I am 10 years old living in West London. I have an inquisitive character and everyone says I'm very cheeky with an contagious smile everyone always remembered me by. I was born at 39 weeks weighing 6lbs 12oz via normal delivery, medical records state I suffered a brain trauma on delivery; however the cause is still apparently unknown. Trying to find the cause almost killed me so it's best we just accept and do what I can do. My diagnosis is quadriplegic cerebral palsy with fluctuating muscle tone known as dystonic. Despite my limited communication my social side is my strongest strength, my big sister Nai has helped with that, she always tries her best to include me whenever she can.
