We Make Footballers Blackwood: Talent ID Event Set to Spotlight Local Soccer Talent

We’re thrilled to announce our upcoming Talent ID Event, where Cardiff City FC, Newport County AFC, and Bristol Rovers FC will all be in attendance, scouting the next generation of talent from across the region.

This isn’t just another soccer session — it’s a genuine opportunity for young players to showcase their ability in front of professional clubs. For too long, Caerphilly Borough has been underrepresented in the academy pathway, and we’re determined to change that.

Thanks to the hard work of our coaches, and the dedication of our players and families, we’ve already seen real success:
