Due to the recent easing of lockdown measures we are pleased to announce that WMF Essex are returning to host some unique format coaching sessions.

Until further government guidance is issued, WMF Essex will be hosting four types of unique sessions for these times:

⚽Open Small group sessions (Weekly Pay As U Play)
⚽Goalkeeper Coaching (Weekly Pay As U Play)
⚽Small group sessions (by booking)
⚽1-2-1 sessions (by booking)

Each session will:
✅ Be lead by academy experienced coaches
✅ Enable each player to have over 1,500 touches of the ball
✅ Be fun
✅ Contain competitive elements, designed to help a player's development rate
✅ Be as realistic and relevant as possible to the age specific format of football they play at

Open Small group sessions (Weekly Pay As U Play)

We have worked exceptionally hard behind the scenes to design some exercises that will ensure our sessions remain challenging, intense, competitive and fun but also whilst strictly adhering to social distancing measures at every possible opportunity.

Our small group sessions will run a 1:5 coach to player ratio.

Central Park, Dagenham (car park entrance on Rush Green Road)
Session 1: 10am
Session 2: 11am

🗓️WEDNESDAYS
Hylands Park, Hornchurch
Session 1: 5:30pm
Session 2: 6:30pm

Goalkeeper Coaching (Weekly Pay As U Play)

WMF Essex are extremely proud to have a top elite GK coach join us at our above Sunday sessions.

Chris Pipe is A License qualified for both outfield and goalkeeper coaching, is a current GK coach at a Premier League club and has previous experience at Dag & Red, Millwall and Watford working with all ages from 7 all the way up to senior first team level.

You simply will not find a more qualified GK coach working with grassroots goalkeepers anywhere in the area. A fantastic opportunity for young, passionate goalkeepers of all abilities.

Each of the above sessions will be 'pay as you play' with contactless payment available at each session.
Cost: £8:75 per player

In order to attend a session, and to ensure our coach:player ratios remain safe and within recommended guidelines, you must request to be added to the register with WMF Essex Academy Director David Pipe by email or text message BEFORE the session begins.

- Parent Name & Emergency Number
- Player Age
- Which session you wish to attend

Small group sessions (by booking)
If you are interested in a session containing 5 players (max) from your own group of friends, or team, then we can also arrange a suitable time/date to work with that group separately. Just contact David Pipe for more information.

1-2-1 sessions (by booking)
Our 1-2-1 sessions are also returning - at a time and date of your choice. One coach, one player. Working on ensuring the player has lots of repetition of skills and techniques, whilst having a lot of fun at the same time!
